Pilot on your orders Applications close September 30

Orders from email and Viber, entered into your system as draft sales orders

The system reads the message, matches products to your catalogue and fills in quantities and prices. A salesperson checks flagged lines and confirms. Nothing reaches your system without confirmation.

What arrives

  • Free-text messages
  • Excel order forms in any layout
  • PDFs, including scans of printed or handwritten forms
  • Forwarded email threads

What the salesperson gets

  • Draft order with catalogue items, quantities and prices
  • Confidence mark on every line
  • Original message next to the draft
  • Order sent to your system after one confirmation

How it works

  1. 01

    Read

Message and attachments are split into lines: product, quantity, unit. Text, Excel, PDF and scans share one format.

  2. 02

    Match

Each line is matched by the customer’s previous wording, then article code, then text similarity. Confidence is calculated from these signals, not assigned by the language model.

  3. 03

    Confirm

Confident lines are filled in, uncertain lines flagged, unrecognised lines left empty. Corrections are saved per customer for future orders.

Frequently asked questions

What if the customer writes the product name wrong?
The line is flagged for review, not filled in with a guess. The correction is saved for that customer.
Can it send an order into our system without a person?
Only if you enable it, and only for lines above a confidence threshold you set. By default, a person confirms every order.
Do we have to change our ERP?
No. We integrate through your existing API, database view, file exchange or import format.
What happens to our data?
Your catalogue and orders are not used to train any model. If data cannot leave your network, we deploy the system inside it.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the volume of orders processed. We agree the pilot terms and the price after the introductory call.
