Introductory call
15–30 minutes on the current process, the people involved and the data. At the end we tell you whether we can help.

Process review
We analyse a sample of your real documents, orders or records. For complex projects we also hold in-depth interviews with employees and can spend a day working alongside them to see recurring routine tasks first-hand. The outcome is a review of the entire process and a list of what to automate.

Working version
A working system on your data, delivered within the agreed timeline.
- 04
Deployment and support
We deploy the system end to end: infrastructure, integrations and documentation. After launch there are two options: full handover to your team, or ongoing support by us.
