NewGen Solutions is a small team of senior engineers, each with more than ten years in software development. Our projects include systems for banks and fintech, distributors and FMCG, as well as physical access control systems.
We start by analysing the business process, then build: order processing, request classification, answers from company documents and the product catalogue. We work on one bounded system at a time.
Working principles
Uncertain results go to a person
Where a model or a rule makes a decision, uncertain results are sent for human review. An unnoticed error costs more than a rejected result.
Fix the root cause
Defects are fixed at the cause. We do not add workarounds on top of existing ones.
Handover or support, as you prefer
After launch you choose: we hand over the system to your team with documentation, or we continue to support it.
